Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, except in cases where you receive a wrong or damaged item. If you encounter such an issue, please email us along with photos of the product within 24 hours of delivery. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within five days of receiving the incorrectly sent product back to us and will be credited to the original payment method within an additional five days.
